Das ist nicht so ominös, wie es den Anschein haben mag.
Wenn ein Signal einen Abbruch verursacht, verwendet die
Shell als Exit-code 128 + Signalnummer. SIGSEGV hat die
Nummer 11, also ergibt sich 139.

Tja, so richtig helfen kann ich leider auch nicht, sorry.

(Allerding ist bekannt, daß es mit Apache2 + PHP noch ein
paar Problemchen gibt [mal abgesehen davon, daß PHP per-se
ein Problem ist], die aber nicht FreeBSD-spezifisch sind
und auch nichts mit diesem Segfault zu tun haben sollten.)
