Hast Du im BIOS-Setup eine Einstellmöglichkeit »PnP OS«
oder ähnlich? Wenn ja, sollte das auf »Non-PnP OS«, »NO«
oder »OTHER« eingestellt sein.

Außerdem könntest Du mal versuchen, in Deiner Kernel-
Konfiguration »options PCI_ENABLE_IO_MODES« hinzuzufügen.
