Huch, wer hat das denn empfohlen? Von UNIONFS würde ich
dringend abraten. Viel zu instabil.

Verwende Loopback-NFS (als NFS via localhost) und mounte
es mit der union-Option (also »mount -t nfs -o union,ro«).
