Alternativ kann man es sich in /etc/make.conf setzen:
SENDMAIL_MC=/etc/mail/roadrunner.mc

Dann generiert das Makefile automatisch roadrunner.cf, und
bei einem »make install« wird sie nach sendmail.cf kopiert.

Das ist zumindest der »offizielle« Weg, wie man sowas
macht, und hat vermutlich das gerigste Fußschußrisiko. ;-)
