/dev/cuaa1 Device not configured

Hallo.

Ich habe einen Server BSD 4.7 der nur eine cuaa0 bzw. ttyd0 auf dem Mainboard hat.
Da ich aber min. 3 benötige (für USV RX TX, Modem RX TX, Pager nur RX) habe ich mir eine PCI Karte Netmos mit 2 serial und 1 paralelen Schnittstelle eingebaut.
Wenn ich nun mit cat /dev/cuaa1 die 2 seriele abfragen will bekomme ich als antwort: "cat: /dev/cuaa1: Device not configured".
Beim Booten bekomme ich die Meldung.

Kann mir da bitte jemand weiterhelfen?
