fsck/boot problem

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe auf meiner Workstation freebsd 4.7-release installiert,
das ganze ging (natürlich) ohne probleme. Aber die tauchen
schon beim ersten booten auf:

Automatic Boot in progress..
pid 11 (fsck), uid 0: exited on sig 11
Segmentation Fault
Unknown Error in Reboot
<snap>

Kennt jemand das Problem? Ist meine HW oder mein FS hinüber?
Ideen?

Zur HW (falls das was bringen sollte):
board: Tyan Thunder K7 (dual 1800+MP)

sys-hd:IBM 18gb SCSI
The data for partition 4 is:
    sysid 165,(FreeBSD/NetBSD/386BSD)
     start 0, size 50000 (24 Meg), flag 80 (active)
         beg: cyl 0/ head 0/ sector 1;
         end: cyl 1023/ head 255/ sector 63
(Dual Boot (WinXP/BSD))
