Was beim cvsup4 leider auch noch der Fall ist ;(
cvsup4 syncronisiert sich immer um *:45 Uhr, was fast immer < 2min dauert.
Die Uhrzeit wird per ntpd abgeglichen.
Im Regelfall werden wohl alle Server 1x pro Stunde syncronisieren, weil das
dem maximal gestatteten zum Masterserver entspricht.
