SCSI-Problem

Hallo!

Ich habe ein Problem mit dem aic-Treiber:

aic0 at 0x140-0x15f irq 9 on isa
aic0: aic6360, dma, disconnection, parity check

(cd0:aic0:0:3:0): got CAM status 0x13
(cd0:aic0:0:3:0): fatal error, failed to attach to device
(cd0:aic0:0:3:0): lost device
(cd0:aic0:0:3:0): removing device entry

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, was Status 0x13 im
Klartext heisst ?
Das zu attachende Device ist ein CRW4416S von Yamaha
(CD-Brenner) und es ist das einzige am Adaptec 1505.
Unter Win95 funktioniert das ganze einwandfrei.
