Danke an die Liste.

Ich habe jetzt einen 3ware Raid Controller eingebaut und das Problem ist gelöst.
Die Adaptec Karte lief unter FreeBSD 8/ amd64 nicht stabil.

Fehlermeldung:
aac0: Controller is no longer running! code= 0xbc620100

der Fehler findet reproduzierbar zwischen 0 und 7 Tagen statt, je nach I/O

Firmware Adaptec Raid Controller 2405:
Adaptec v5 2.0 Build 2017544
