Kann man zumindest einschalten:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\
Parameters\EnablePMTUDiscovery auf 1 setzen.

Ich weiß im Moment nicht, ob das nicht sowieso Default ist.
