Das ist erklärbar: Das Ausschalten des Switches hat zum
Abfallen des Links am Router geführt, was diesen vermutlich
veranlaßte, seine ARP-table für diesen Port wegzuschmeißen.

Wie gesagt: Ein gezieltes Anpingen des Routers von der
neuen MAC-Adresse aus sollte helfen.
