Die Funktion (bzw. das Makro) fpresetsticky() wurde vor ca.
3 Wochen entfernt, siehe:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/amd64/include/ieeefp.h

Wenn GMT diese Funktion noch verwenden will, dann sollte
man den entsprechenden Code in GMT reparieren.
