NTSC ist falsch, das muss PAL sein. Hatte das gleiche Problem ebenfalls
und es auch gelöst:

Sollte Dir helfen, den bktr zu patchen. Leider ist mein Patch wohl immer
noch nicht übernommen worden (ist bald ein Jahr alt). Ich sollte da
nochmal nachhaken bei Gelegenheit.
