Das ist /pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles auf ftp7.de.freebsd.org
(nächtlich aktualisiert). Da sind keine »Dupes« drin, und
da laß ich auch kein portsclean drauf laufen (ist auch gar
nicht installiert). :-)

Da sind natürlich auch zahlreiche ältere Versionen von Pro-
grammen drin, die von älteren Versionen der Ports-collec-
tion gebraucht werden. Man kann ja nicht erwarten, daß je-
der die allerneuste hat von vor zwei Minuten hat.

Ich habe eben gerade mal awk bemüht, von jedem Programm nur
die neuste Version genommen (obgleich in der Ports-Collec-
tion durchaus auch mehrere Versionen derselben Software
drin sind) und die Größen aufaddiert. Das ergibt immer
noch stolze 12 Gbyte.

"python" is more likely to pass unharmed through your spelling
checker than "perl".
