gibt es irgendwelche weiteren Hinweise in den Logs?
Ist denn zur Zeit noch etwas auf /usr/jail/thd/usr/ports
gemounted oder ist das System noch irrtuemlicherweise der
Meinung, es sei noch etwas gemounted?

Was fuer Dateisysteme montierst Du denn dort? NFS? union?

Ich hatte unter OS X mal einen aehnlich Effekt mit einem
NFS-Mount, der sich nicht vollstaendig beseitigen liess
und dann bei Zugriffen mit I/O-Errors um sich warf ...
