make installworld bricht wegen /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 ab

Hallo,

ich will gerade von 5.0 auf CURRENT gehen, allerdings bricht make
installworld ab, da es /libexec/ld-elf.so.1 sucht. Warum dort?
ld-elf.so.1 liegt doch uner /usr/libexec?

Irgendeine Idee?
