OpenBSD schließt per Default Multicast (224.0/4) auf dem Loopback-
Interface kurz. Um Multicast nutzen zu können, muss man diese
Konfiguration entweder manuell oder über die Variable multicast_host
in rc.conf ändern.

Damit funktioniert dann auch ntpd mit Multicast problemlos.
