Re: fonts.dir fuer Type1

Ich denke nicht ... genau das hatte ich versucht und eine fonts.dir ohne
Einträge bekommen.

Die manpage sagt dazu:

The kinds of font files read by mkfontdir depend on configuration
parameters, but typically include PCF (suffix ".pcf"), SNF (suffix
".snf") and BDF (suffix ".bdf"). If a font exists in multiple formats,
mkfontdir will first choose PCF, then SNF and finally BDF.

Also kein ".pfb" oder ".afm" explizit erwähnt. Da steht zwar was von
Konfigurationsparametern, aber nichts weiter.

Und "mkfontdir --help" oder "mkfontdir -h" schweigen leider auch.

Weiß es jemand besser? Oder habe ich unwissentlich etwas falsch oder
kaputt gemacht?
