Interessanter wären hier die Zustände der Drives. Ist das Drive für
raid5.p0.s1 noch bekannt?

Ist auch gut so.

Ich habe die Vorgehensweise in
http://www.vinumvm.org/vinum/replacing-drive.html und auch in
http://www.vinumvm.org/cfbsd/vinum.pdf beschrieben. Im Wesentlichen
musst Du Vinum die Platte bekanntmachen (falls nötig) und dann

 vinum -> start raid5.p0

eingeben.
