Hallo zusammen,

Habe FreeBSD 5.1 installiert, verschiedene Ports erfolgreich
installieren lassen. Doch unter /usr/ports/databases/phpmyadmin erhalte
ich nach einem make install:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------
checking if conversion of longlong to float works... Segmentation fault
(core dumped)
no
configure: error: Your compiler cannot convert a longlong value to a
float!
If you are using gcc 2.8.# you should upgrade to egcs 1.0.3 or newer and
try
again
===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to dirk(at)FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and
attach
      the
"/usr/ports/databases/mysql323-client/work/mysql-3.23.56/config.log"
including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it
might
be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on
your
      system (e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`).
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/databases/mysql323-client.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/www/mod_php4.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/www/mod_php4.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/databases/phpmyadmin.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------
Ich gehe also nach /usr/ports/lang/egcs und beginne mit make und
erhalte:
===> egcs-1.1.2 is marked as broken: Does not compile (bad C++ code).

Ich bin unter FreeBSD kein Profi. Vielleicht kennt jemand Abhilfe.

Vielen Dank,
Andreas
