Ich habe in meiner ~/.zshrc dafür folgende Zeilen:

bindkey "^[[g" beginning-of-line
bindkey "^[[1~" beginning-of-line
bindkey "^[[h" end-of-line
bindkey "^[[4~" end-of-line

Welche Codes eine bestimmte Tastenkombination erzeugt, kann
man häufig einfach ermitteln, indem man »cat« eingibt und
dann die Tasten drückt.
