Fehler bei wirklich allen Ports und Paketen

Hi,
folgendes Problem das ich selber bis jetzt noch nicht beheben konnte.
Bei wirklich allen Paketen und Ports die ich installieren will bekomme ich
Fehler:

dann habe ich folgendes probiert:

server# whereis ltconfig

ltconfig: nothing appropriate

server# man ltconfig
No manual entry for ltconfig

Wie sich unschwer erkennen lässt ohne Erfolg.
Also den ***ERROR CODE 1
bekomme ich bei wirklich allem!

Ich bins mitlerweile echt satt.
Wenn ihr noch mehr logs haben wollt such ich sie raus.
Nur nachfragen, aber ich denke das reicht so schon aus.
