Datenfehler auf dem Fileserver

Moin Liste,

ich hatte letzte Woche beim Installieren eines Packages (Testlauf
mit pkg_add -vn) einen Fehler vom tar bekommen. Den genauen Fehler
habe ich mir leider nicht aufgeschrieben.

Sorgen machte ich mir schon, vermutete aber einen Übertragungsfehler
beim draufkopieren. Hab mir also das Package erneut besorgt und dann
ging's auch.

Nun kam gestern abend nach einem cvsup und anschließendem pkg_version
ein Fehler in einem Perl-Modul, dass ich definitiv die letzten Monate
nicht angefasst habe (schreibend) und das die Wochen davor auch immer
funktionierte. Die betreffende Datei war
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/Cwd.pm, und zwar soll recht weit oben ein
Semikolon gefahlt haben.

Nun bekam ich doch langsam Panik, gerade weil der Controller ein
ICP-Vortex 6528RD ist, und etwas ähnliches wurde ja letztens erst
beschrieben.

Ok, Linux-Distri raus, Memtest angeworfen (All Tests). Memory ok.
Reboot, 'boot -s', 'fsck -y' - alle Filesysteme ok.
Die Konfiguration der Platten ist:
2x 9G -> RAID0 (da0) für System (kann man ja jederzeit neu installieren)
6x 9G -> RAID5 (da1) (mit Hotswap) für Daten

/dev/da0s1a on / (ufs, local)
/dev/da1s1e on /export (ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/da0s1g on /export/music (ufs, local, soft-updates)
/dev/da0s1e on /usr (ufs, local, soft-updates)

gab keine Fehler. Hab dann über Nacht gleich noch ein aktuelles System
gebaut - vielleicht ist ja ähnliches wie im -Current auch hier, wer
weiss?

Da ich jetzt nicht wirklich Lust habe, auf einen echten Datenverlust zu
warten: was kann ich tun? Die Fehler scheinen beim Lesen von der Platte
aufzutreten, aber der Speicher scheint ok zu sein?

Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.
