Könnte das vielleicht das klassische 1024-Zylinder-Problem
sein? Wenn es sich um die zweite Slice auf einer großen
Festplatte handelt, ist es durchaus wahrscheinlich, daß die
root-Partition jenseits von Zylinder 1024 liegt. Je nach
BIOS kannst Du die dann nicht booten.
