Erstmal mit etwas einfachem anfangen, um das Problem einzu-
grenzen: Funktioniert es denn mit dem Kommandozeilen-sftp-
Client (»sftp« Kommando)? Wenn ja, ist es ein gftp-Pro-
blem. Wenn nein, ist es vermutlich ein Server- oder Netz-
werkproblem.

Läuft denn auf der Gegenseite (Server) überhaupt ein sshd,
bei dem das sftp-Subsystem eingeschaltet wurde? Kann man
in /etc/ssh/sshd_config (zumindest bei FreeBSD) machen;
siehe die manpage.

(SFTP hat übrigens nicht viel mit FTP zu tun; insofern ist
der Name leider etwas irreführend.)
