Du kannst auch einfach ein leeres Unterverzeichnis irgendwo
anlegen (z.B. /tmp/distfiles) und dann die Variable DISTDIR
darauf zeigen lassen. Du brauchst /usr/ports/distfiles
dann nicht zu leeren, weil es nicht angerührt wird.

   cd /usr/ports/foo/bar
   make DISTIR=/tmp/distfiles
