Ja, mag ja sein, aber Deine Config verbietet ihm, mit
irgendeinem NTP-Server Kontakt aufzunehmen, einschließlich
sich selbst. :-)

Du mußt für localhost (127.0.0.1) _und_ für jeden Server,
den Du verwendest, eine restrict-Zeile reintun. Also:

   restrict 127.0.0.1

Da nur numerische Adressen gehen, mußt Du die Adressen Sei-
ner NTP-Server herausfinden (z.B. mit dem host-Kommando)
und dann so eine Zeile reintun:

   restrict 131.188.3.221 nomodify

Du solltest übrigens auch nicht willkürlich eine handvoll
NTP-Server verwenden. NTP ist nicht umsonst ein hierarchi-
sches, verteiltes Protokoll. Fast jeder Provider bietet
einen oder mehrere eigene NTP-Server an, daher solltest Du
die Deines Providers verwenden. Das ist effizienter.
