Da legt sich die Platte schlafen ... Ist das Kabel in Ord-
nung? Überforderst Du die Platte irgendwie? (OK, man
könnte jetzt argumentieren, daß IDE-Platten prinzipiell
überfordert sind ...)

Wenn die Partition nicht read-only gemountet war (was
eigentlich eine gute Idee gewesen wäre), dann bedeutet
jeder Lesezugriff auch einen Schreibzugriff, da die
atimes (access-times) in den inodes aktualisiert werden.
