kernel panic bei Installation

Moin,

nach ansonsten erfolgreicher Installation bekomme ich, nachdem alle Dateien
kopiert wurden, bei "Remaking Devices" folgenden Fehler:
"panic: pmap_enter: pte vanished, va: 0x2806b000"

Installation von der 4.4 Lehmanns CD
Board: Supermicro P3TDE6G
Controller: 3WARE 7850

Wo könnte ich denn ansetzen?
