Bis Du mal auf die Idee gekommen, in die Apache-FAQ zu
schauen ...? Ich erlaube mir mal zu zitieren:

   Can I use my /etc/passwd file for Web page authentication?

   Yes, you can - but it's a VERY BAD IDEA. Here are some of
   the reasons:

... und die liest Du Dir dann am besten selbst durch, und
danach möchtest Du es lieber auf andere Weise machen. ;-)
