Du hast das ISO zu früh gedownloadet. ;-)

Im Notfall würde ich empfehlen, einfach das, was Du
brauchst, nochmal separat aus /pub/FreeBSD/tools zu
downloaden und auf eine Floppy zu schreiben. Es lohnt
sich wohl nicht, dafür nochmal ein ganzes ISO zu holen
und zu brennen.
