Ist klar -- Man kann nur Dateisysteme mounten, aber keine
EXE-Dateien.

Vermutlich fehlt Dir noch ein wenig konzeptueller Hinter-
grund bezüglich der Erstellung von CDs.

Programme wie burncd und cdrecord erstellen _kein_ Datei-
system, sondern brennen ein (vorhandenes) Image eines
Dateisystems auf eine CD. Dieses Image kann z.B. ein
ISO9660-Track sein, aber auch ein UFS oder sonstwas.
Burncd oder cdrecord interessieren sich nicht dafür, was
Du da draufbrennst.

Aber mounten kannst Du eine CD natürlich nur, wenn sich
ein gültiges Dateisystem darauf befindet. Auf CD-ROMs
wird üblicherweise das ISO9660- Dateisystem verwendet.
Ein solches kannst Du beispielsweise mit mkisofs erstellen
(gibt es als Port / Package).
