Erstmal solltest Du einen Link zu Deinem CD-ROM-Device
machen (sonst ist ja nicht klar, welches es ist).
Wenn das ein SCSI-Gerät ist, dann
   cd /dev; ln -s cd0c cdrom
oder bei (*igitt*) APATI:
   cd /dev; ln -s acd0c cdrom

Für das Auslesen von Audiotracks solltest Du besser
nicht dd nehmen, sondern sowas wie tosha (SCSI) oder
dagrab (APATI). Beides findest Du als Package und
Port in der Kategorie "audio". (tosha kann übrigens
auch CD-ROM-Datentracks auslesen.)
