Nun, das ändert sich natürlich ständig.

Daher ist die korrekte Antwort darauf, daß Du einfach auf
einem FTP-Server Deiner Wahl in das Verzeichnis der Release
(oder des Snapshots) schaust, die Dich interessiert, und
dort in die Datei HARDWARE.TXT oder RELNOTES.TXT.

Zum Beispiel:
http://ftp7.de.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/4.2-RELEASE/
