das könnte ma PCI BIOS liegen, das die Karte nicht voll initialisiert.
Das hängt oft von der Einstellung "PnP-OS" ab (dann geht das BIOS davon
aus, daß für alle Nicht-Boot-Devices das Betriebssystem die Karte aktiviert).

Wenn es sich nicht einfach im BIOS beheben läßt (PnP-OS = DISABLED), dann
müßte ich mir das noch mal im Detail ansehen. Hmmm, ....

           class=02-00-00, hdrtype=0x00, mfdev=0
           subordinatebus=0 secondarybus=0
           intpin=a, irq=9

Da ist keinerlei Map-Register gesetzt (was von Chip-Satz-Details abhängt,
und daher nur mit BIOS-Hilfe erfolgen kann). Für solche Fälle ist neuer
Code in -CURRENT, aber eigentlich richtig ist, daß das PCI-BIOS alles in
einen konsistenten Zustand bringt ...
