Das ist einfach ein Verbindungszaehler anhand dessen alle zu einem Ver-
bindungsversuch gehoerenden Aktionen/Meldungen identifiziert werden koennen.

cause 63 ist eine ISDN (Fehler-) Meldung. Irgendetwas haut ISDN-seitig
bei deinem Verbindungsaufbau nicht hin - was genau kann nur ein isdntrace
output sagen.
