Bash will nicht

Mein Problem ist:
obwohl ich schon fast alles ausprobiert habe schaff ich es nicht fuer root
die shell bash als standart einzurichten.
Ich hab den Eintrag in den passwd und master.passwd geaendert -> nix
ich hab die csh weggemovt und einen symlink von der bash auf /bin/csh
gesetzt -> nix .....
ich bekomm immer wenn ich mich mit root anmelde die csh

Was mach ich falsch ?
