booten von sd0s2a

Hallo,

ich habe da mal eine Frage:

wenn ich das Manual zu boot(8) richtig interpretiert habe, kann ich nicht
von sd0s2a booten (If sliced disks are used (``fdisk partitions''), only
the first BSD slice can be used to boot from.)
Jetzt sieht meine sd0 so aus:

auf Partition 2 ist in a mein kernel. Wenn ich die sysid der Partition 1
auf 6 (Primary DOS) setze, kann ich booten, wenn nicht, habe ich keine
Möglichkeit für einen Bootstring gefunden (0:sd(1,a), 0:sd(s2,a) ect.
bringen nichts).

Die sd0s1e wird aber von FrreeBSD (2.2.7-Stable) als ufs erkannt, ich kann
sie mounten und auch darauf zugreifen. Soll/kann ich das jetzt so lassen
(mit sysid auf 6) oder gibt es eine sauberere Lösung?
