Das sind die Programmstarter
(http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-spec-latest.html),
und die liegen oft in /usr/share/applications. Aus denen wird dann in
XFCE, GNOME, ... das Menü zusammen gepuzzelt.
