Dieses Verzeichnis. :-)

Das scheint eine Einrichtigun von binutils zu sein,
siehe dazu /var/db/pkg/binutils-2.21.1/+CONTENTS.

Manchmal taucht diese Angabe auch in X-Headern auf,
z. B. bei mir "X-Mailer: Sylpheed 3.1.1 (GTK+ 2.24.5;
i386-portbld-freebsd8.2)".

Ich antworte mal durch Zitatswiedergabe (Quelle: Paket-
beschreibung von binutils):

        The GNU Binutils are a collection of binary
        tools. [...] This port may be used as a replacement
        for the system binutils and support features from
        the latest versions of GCC.

Also offenbar eine Einrichtung der Port-Übersetzung.
