Hallo,
neben dem schon erwähnten Update auf 6.2 wäre noch ein genauer
Hardwarecheck von Vorteil. Um den RAM zu testen empfehle ich memtest86.
Der Vorteil ist, dass man sich dort kostenlos eine iso-Datei ziehen
kann, diese auf eine CD brennt und von dieser bootet. Man ist also
unabhängig vom OS, was ja ebenfalls den Fehler verursacht haben könnte.
Die ISOs und eine Anleitung etc gibt es hier:
