hm hab ich auch schon versucht, aber es scheint langsam so, als wenn
mein sendmail nicht saslauthd frägt sondern irgendwie direkt auf das
db file von sasl2 zugreift, das würde dann auch erklären wieso
saslauthd keine Versuche mitlogt.

Mit welchen Optionen hast du den sendmail kompiliert?
