Und gleich selbst gelöst.

Das mir die lösungsmöglichkeiten auch immer beim schreiben der mails
einfallen... ist schon merkwürdig.

Ein vertauschen der Zeilenreihenfolge brachte die gewünschte Lösung:

# Uncomment to allow people in group wheel to run all commands
%wheel ALL=( ALL) ALL

# User privilege specification
root ALL=( ALL) ALL
jerik ALL= NOPASSWD: SHUTDOWN, SHUTDOWN_15, LOCATEUPDATE,
MOUNT_SAMBA, MOUNT_CD, EJECT, CDCLOSE, CDINFO, BURN
