Nich löschbares Verzeichnis /var/tmp/temproot/var/empty

Hallo Listenbewohner,

ihr werdet mich jetzt wohl steinigen, aber ich bin zu blöd, das
Verzeichnis /var/tmp/temproot/var/empty zu löschen.

# ls -lo /var/tmp/temproot/var/
total 2
dr-xr-xr-x 2 root wheel schg 512 Nov 10 00:53 empty
#

Also ist das immutable-Flag gesetzt, aber ein

# chflags noschg /var/tmp/temproot/var/empty/
chflags: /var/tmp/temproot/var/empty/: Operation not permitted
#

hilft mir auch nicht weiter... Vielleicht weiß von euch einer Rat
