port installationen innerhalb eines jails

Guten Tag,

ich habe ein System (FreeBSD-5.1-p16), auf dem zwei Jails laufen. Ich
habe in jedes Jail den Ports-Tree von /usr/ports per NULLFS gemountet.

mount sagt dabei das folgende:
+--------------------------------------------------------------------
| /usr/ports on /storage3/jail01/usr/ports (nullfs, local, nodev)
| /usr/ports on /storage3/jail02/usr/ports (nullfs, local, nodev)
+--------------------------------------------------------------------

Wenn ich aber versuche einen Port zu bauen bekomme ich die folgende
Fehlermeldung:
+--------------------------------------------------------------------
| jail02# cd usr/ports/lang/php5
| jail02# make
| make: No such file or directory
| jail02#
+--------------------------------------------------------------------

Merkwürdigerweise bringt ein 'pwd' folgendes zum Vorschein:
+--------------------------------------------------------------------
| pwd: .: No such file or directory
+--------------------------------------------------------------------

Ist das ein bekanntes Phänomen?

Google hat bisher nix brauchbares ausgespuckt. ;)
Ich habe die Software-Grundausstattung per packages installiert,
allerdings würde ich vieles gerne auf einen aktuelleren Stand bringen.
