Software Raid mit SCSI u160 unter FreeBSD?

Servus Liste,

hat von euch schon mal jemand unter Freebsd ein Software Raid mit einem SCSI
Controller aufgesetzt?? Ich habe bis jetzt nur Anleitungen für IDE
Systeme gefunden (siehe bsdforen.de). Kann man die IDE Anleitung 1 zu 1
auf ein SCSI System übertragen? Hat jemand ein gutes Howto dazu?
