Ich kenne BitTorrent nicht, aber wenn man es unter einer
bestimmten (eigenen) UserID laufen lassen kann, dann kann
man auch anhand dieser UserID priorisieren, ohne daß man
eine separate IP benötigt.

(Nur so als zusätzlicher Tip.)
