du kannst die VirtualHosts z.B. in einer MySQL-Datenbank halten:

    Shared Apache VirtualHost module
    http://www.zozo.org.uk/pages.shtml?page=mod_shapvh

    apache virtual hosts from a mysql database
    http://www.pookey.co.uk/mysql-apache.xml
