proc size mismatch

Hallo,

beim Aufruf von 'ps' erscheint seit heute auf meinem Router:
%ps ax
ps: proc size mismatch (57456 total, 1060 chunks

Proc ist gemountet (procfs on /proc (procfs, local)). Woran könnte das
liegen?

Es läuft ein 4.9-RC darauf.
