Make will nicht mehr

Hi!

irgndwie schien make nicht mehr zu gehen. immer wenn ich einen Makebefehl
ausführe kommt:

Missing }.

nichts weiter.

Bsp:
bsd:/usr/ports# (cd /usr/ports/editors/vim/; make install)
Missing }.

bsd:/usr/ports# make readmes
Missing }.

bsd:/usr/ports/shells/bash2# make fetch
Missing }.

Meine make.conf sieht so aus:
bsd:/# more /etc/make.conf
# -- use.perl generated deltas -- #
# Created: Thu Sep 11 22:34:58 2003
# Setting to use base perl from ports:
PERL_VER=5.6.1
PERL_VERSION=5.6.1
PERL_ARCH=mach
NOPERL=yo
NO_PERL=yo
NO_PERL_WRAPPER=yo

wie bekomme ich mein Make wieder zum laufen??
